Non-tidal Wetlands at Dutch Gap

Observe the progression of blooming aqautic plants such as swamp iris, lizard's tail, swamp mallow, pickerel weed, and swamp loosestrife. During winter, scan for waterfowl and during the other seasons, look for great egrets, herons, osprey, red-winged blackbirds, and bald eagles.
