This site is located near the end of the Currituck Banks Boardwalk, about 1/3 of the mile from the parking lot. Submitting a picture to this chronolog will help us better understand the fluctuation of water levels in Currituck Sound, monitor shoreline change, and provide long term information on any changes between marsh and forested area.
