Southern Shores Civic Association

The Southern Shores Civic Association (SSCA) serves residents, property owners, long-term renters, and visitors by maintaining community spaces and practicing stewardship of our natural resources. This work includes protecting shared green spaces, supporting healthy waterways, and encouraging responsible use of SSCA-owned lands for future generations. The SSCA also enhances access to recreational facilities, hosts numerous social events, and fosters community connections—helping make Southern Shores a vibrant place to live, work, and visit.
