Canyon Road provides the only roadway access to Sunnyside Trailhead, Peak 3 and the Rabbit Lake trailhead. Narrow and steep, this road experiences poor drainage and glaciation. Your participation in capturing images using this Chronolog will help us better understand the drainage and glaciation issues we will be addressing with our project to improve Canyon Road between Echo Canyon Road and Sunnyside. Our project will tie into a Chugach State Park project to improve and expand parking at the Rabbit Lake trailhead.
