We are looking at the the seasonal change in water elevation and its effects on the shorline. The water fluctuates around 85 feet every year. The water can drop even farther if there is maintenance being performed on Dworshak Damn.
Dworshak State Park is located among trees and meadows on the western shore of Dworshak Reservoir. Camping, boating, fishing, swimming, hiking, waterskiing and disc golf are just some of the many activities that await park visitors. A boat ramp and handling dock provide easy launching most of the year. A fish-cleaning station is nearby to help with the day’s catch.
