About Sebago Lake State Park

Through our Chronolog Project, we invite you to help us record the changes taking place along Sebago Lake's shoreline as a result of the Sebago Lake Shoreline Restoration Project

Sebago Lake State Park offers 1,400 acres that feature sandy beaches, extensive woodlands, ponds, bogs, the Songo River, and diverse habitats for a wide variety of plant and animal life.  The park's large campground hugs Sebago  Lake and includes an amphitheater and a small nature center.

The mission of the Maine Bureau of Parks and Lands  is to protect and manage the natural and cultural resources under our care in order to offer a wide range of recreational and educational opportunities and provide environmental and economic benefits for present and future generations.
