About this site

Thank you for being part of this story that we are building together!

The Friends of Seven Bends State Park (FSBSP) was established in late 2019.  Since the state park’s official opening in March 2020, FSBSP’s focus continues to “support and advocate for the educational and recreational use of the Park for all.”

Come back to Seven Bends and share in endless opportunities at one of Virginia’s newest natural treasures!  Come play, relax, explore, or join us for any of our many volunteer projects, from building and installing birdhouses, to establishing and maintaining a Monarch Waystation.  You can also volunteer to share with, and teach or mentor youth, or to lead a program in something that interests you.  Visit the River’s Way Natural PlaySpace (by the Park’s Hollingsworth Road entrance) and join Friends to finish building a legacy of outdoor play and learning at a PlaySpace designed for the kid in all of us.  Email Friends at fsbsp@fnfsr.org , call us at 540.459.8550, or visit our webpage at www.fnfsr.org/fsbsp .
