Pleasure House Point Natural Area - Oyster cover

This chronolog station is capturing images of an oyster cover located in Crab Creek and adjacent wetlands that are being damaged by off trail use. These photos are documenting the change in tide levels and land impacts overtime.

The 118-acre Pleasure House Point property was acquired and preserved in July 2012 as a collaborative effort between the Trust for Public Land, the City of Virginia Beach and the Chesapeake Bay Foundation.
