The Kennebunkport Conservation Trust is dedicated to preserving land for use by current and future generations, and to managing properties in a way that reflects the natural and cultural heritage of Kennebunkport.

Kennebunkport Conservation Trust

The site was stripped of top-soil during previous gravel pit use. Planting preparation included spreading imported topsoil, adding lime, fertilizing and seeding with clover and fescue.  Native pollinator plant seeds were broadcast spread in November, 2022.
