Jubail Mangrove Park

ENW105

About this site

Jubail Mangrove Park is Abu Dhabi’s first self-contained mangrove preserve, dedicated to raising awareness about one of the region’s most vital ecosystems. Through education and ongoing protection efforts, the park supports the conservation of native Avicennia marina mangroves while serving as a refuge for a variety of coastal birds, fish, and crustaceans that rely on this habitat.

Designed as both a recreational and educational destination, Jubail Mangrove Park invites visitors to reconnect with nature through low-impact activities like kayaking, boardwalk eco-tours, and wellness experiences. Each activity offers a meaningful way to explore the natural landscape and learn about the ecological importance of mangroves.

Join us in documenting the seasonal changes of this living ecosystem as it grows, adapts, and thrives.
