This 90 acre project will be the fourth treatment train associated with nutrient-reduction efforts at Grand Lake St. Marys. The Lake Facilities Authority has purchased property in Butler Township with Clean Ohio grant funding. Following acquisition, the H2Ohio program is funding construction of a passive wetland treatment train featuring three created wetlands, several acres of planted trees, and a large buffer area of planted grasses/forbs.
