Located within Gloucester County, Virginia, and on the North side of the York River, the Catlett Islands reserve encompasses 690 acres including forested and emergent wetlands, as well as tidal creeks.

From the pier, you can see the marshes and forests of Catlett Islands, including a large area of ghost forests - or trees that have died due to saltwater intrusion.
